Start Brewing

將 TEA FLOAT 的桿體穿過壺鈕，然後握住桿體固定於壺蓋上兩顆圓珠的正下方。

Insert the rod of  TEA FLOAT through the lid knob and fix it under the two beads.

The TEA FLOAT contains whole leaf tea, which requires a gradual steeping process for the leaves to absorb water and unfurl. Therefore, for the first infusion, the water level should be 3 mm above the top of the teapot handle to ensure the TEA FLOAT is fully submerged.

For the second and third infusions, fill the water up to the top edge of the handle (approximately 350 ml of water).

沖泡完成，請握住壺鈕以垂直方式拉起桿體，收縮擠壓TEA FLOAT於壺蓋頂部約 3 - 4 秒，以瀝乾茶汁，

使沖泡第二、三泡時茶葉不會苦澀。然後將桿體固定於壺蓋兩顆圓珠的正下方。

After brewing, hold the knob of the teapot and pull the rod vertically to lift it up. Compress the TEA FLOAT against the underside of the lid for about 3–4 seconds to drain the tea thoroughly. This helps prevent bitterness when brewing the second and third infusions. Then, secure the rod beneath the two round pegs on the teapot lid.

再次沖泡時，只需打開壺蓋注水和鬆開桿體， TEA FLOAT 便會重新展開和浸泡。

For again brews, open the lid, add hot water, and release the rod to let the TEA FLOAT expand and soak again.

TEA FLOAT 裝入的是原片茶葉，茶葉需要逐漸吸水和舒展的沖泡過程，所以第一泡標準水位要超過壺把手的上端 3 mm ，

讓 TEA FLOAT 能夠完全浸泡於水中。第二、三泡時注水至壺把手的上沿即可 (水量約 350 ml )。

Start Brewing

Pour hot water into the pot, ensuring the water level is 3–4 mm above the top of the pot handle (approximately 350 ml). This allows the TEA FLOAT to be fully submerged in the water.

The tea leaves inside the TEA FLOAT will gradually absorb water and fully unfurl.

Brewing Completed

沖泡完成，握住壺鈕垂直拉起桿體，使 TEA FLOAT 收縮擠壓於壺蓋頂部 5 - 6 秒，以瀝乾茶汁，然後將桿體固定於兩顆圓珠的正下方。
